VIRTUAL Open Mic Night hosted by Barbara Cloyd (featuring Bluebird Golden Pick Contest winner Jacob Rice)

PLEASE NOTE "PURCHASING A TICKET" FOR THIS SHOW MEANS YOU ARE SIGNING UP TO PERFORM ON THIS SHOW. Signups for virtual Open Mic Night on Monday, January 18 begin on Friday, January 15 2021 at 11am CST.

This event is online - you will not be performing at The Bluebird Cafe. Due to COVID restrictions and our venue closure, we are moving our beloved Monday Open Mic Night series online! There are 12 performer slots available for the virtual show. We will take the first 12 performers who sign up. 

Writers must be available to perform online on Monday, January 18th for our 6 pm CT Open Mic Night show which will be broadcast live to The Bluebird Cafe's YouTube channel. Soundcheck for performers will begin at 5 pm CT the day of. Performers will receive an email with information and tips on performing online from The Bluebird Cafe's show coordinator. Performers are expected to confirm with the coordinator in order to be able to perform on the show.

Please remember the following guidelines as they remain in place: Each participating writer will get the chance to play 1 original song, solo or accompanied by no more than two others. Drums and backing tracks are not allowed.
